The profession of food science technicians involves research and development to help improve the qualities of food and beverage products. The job happens to be a highly responsible one. Omg we are doing this in my science class! No offense but, have you tried? Think. 100 times ? = 300 so, you multiply 130 by that same number (?) . Think about the second one: What does SATURATION refer to? Is that the same thing that SUPERSATURATION says? Are those two the same thing? Or no? okay. I'm surprised you couldn't do this yourself! Simply cross-multiply the units in the first answer: 130 : 100 x : 300 x = (130 x 300) divided by 100 = 390 grams of sucrose I dont know about the supersaturation part, but im inclined to believe it is true. When litmus paper turns blue, it indicates the solution is a base.
