Engineering makes the most and has the most job opportunities. After that, computer science and physics. Biology is one of the most popular majors, along with psychology, and neither have much in the way of job opportunities with a bachelors degree.

Any of the major sciences (Bio, Chem, Phys) will get you a good job in the teaching field. Lots of off time, holidays, benefits, etc. Most teachers in these fields will go on for their masters at a slow pace while working. Once they do have their graduate degree in hand, many are lured away from teaching by higher pay in private industry. That means there's always a demand for teachers with BS degrees in the sciences.

Anthro is totally useless without a PhD. Biology is for getting into medical school. If you want a job, you take Applied Science, also known as Engineering.
