You could start with a simple associates of science degree and then move up from there to a more particular field. (Actually not so simple).

You could get a bachelors(BS) in the following disciplines in Science: Biology Mathematics Nursing Medicine Kinesiology Physics Anatomy Physiology Genetics Zoology Geology Musicology Colleges and Universities are creating new degree programs so what I listed here is just a taste of the many degrees you can get in one subject
