Well, I have my degree in CS. CS is really just another form of math, it is the science of computation, or in other words the science behind how you develop algorithms to solve problems. Along the way you learn programming, not because CS has anything to do with programming, but coding is the tool we use to solve the problems. Kind of like a regular math degree has nothing to do with your TI-82, yet you have to use it to solve problems... You also learn stuff like data structures, time complexity analysis, and you will learn about how computers work from the ground up. I'm not totally sure, but I think that CE focusses more on the computer, how it works and how to build a computer rather than on the computation. In CE the Computer refers to an actual computer, whenre in CS the Computer has more to do with computation than a computer. Hope this helps @mlikesit
