Have you ever been interested in computer science and then realized it just was not as demanding as it once was back a few years ago? Well in fact the demands are back almost to where they once were but not exactly. There are many new skills when it comes to the outcome of the economics, business and marketing, and the mathematic skills are necessary. A few businesses out there are actually looking to hire undergraduates with the deeper technical skills for their programming experiences right out of college due to the freshness in their minds with this education. There are also many businesses out there who cannot find enough computer science employees with the skills that are necessary for their job requirements they are looking for. This is a reason why many should consider going for this degree since there may be more job opportunities in this type of field than any others at this moment.

Due to the lack of computer science majors out there many businesses hav e to hire individuals who are experience in IT majors to contribute the help which they need in their line of business. Many have the cutting edge programs, high-tech skills to provide to their students, as well as the latest technology in medical and health professional information.

When you are searching around for colleges that offer computer science you may want to consider online classes. Question by Sam: What are some examples of behavioral science electives? The school I attend doesn't have a category for behavioral science classes, but I'm supposed to take so many credit hours of "behavioral science" for my major...lol. Can anyone give me some basic behavioral science elective examples? Thanks! Best answer for What are some examples of behavioral science electives?:

Answer by Gracielacey
Are these psychology classes, or maybe anthropology classes? That is weird that they don't have a list of classes you can look at which would meet that requirement. I would call the registrars office and ask them for a list - I bet they would know better than your counselor.

Any anthropology or sociology courses...any psych classes

Answer by dsagar
anything having to do with psychology, anthropology, sociology, cognitive science, or neurobiology... but you will have to check with your advisor to see what classes will apply.

Answer by CoachT
The two most common and generally accepted are sociology and psychology. some courses in anthropology, economics, organizational behavior, xyz studies, etc... are considered behavioral science but the safest electives would be lower-level, introductory sociology and psychology (usually called something like - Intro to Sociology).
