Doing primary research for a start.

Doing research and submitting it for peer review. Attending scientific conferences to defend your hypotheses. Coming up with some testable and reproducible results. Be willing to revise or discard your ideas in the presence of over-whelming contradictory evidence. Not violating the ground rules of science, i.e methodological naturalism. (Have fun with this one)

The only way to be recognized as a true science is to allow the hypothesis to be questioned, and rejected if unsupported by observation and testing. I don't think you want your god subjected to true scientific scrutiny.

I would suggest learning what makes something a genuine field of study. Once you do that, you will see that Creation Science is not a genuine field of study.

Any science which sets out to find evidence to prove an event, is not science. We don't set out with a fixed viewpoint and then look to find evidence to support such a view, that leads to an innacurate narrow minded perception.

"Creation science" -- one of my favorite oxymorons. Simply pointing to out-dated books for explanations of the universe's origins hardly amounts to real science. As another commenter said, subject it to peer review and allow others to test the theory. Do the creationists actually care to do that? Or do they just want to make as sertions without any rational scrutiny? Seems like the latter.
